Returns

- Process: To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.
Process: To request an exchange, contact us with your order number, photos of any damage (if applicable).
Replacement Items: Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement within 2-3 business days.
